You are so special and will always be. My heart aches for now being together. I hate the distance and the reasons that parted us. Yet, glad to have you back in my life. Now I promise never to let go. Even if it means to communicate online. Maybe I will never see you in person or maybe I will. Still, it feels great to know that you have the same thoughts too. We never needed words or formalities. There was no need of a thank you..and I used to say sorry, just to see your heart melt. It puzzles me how you managed to keep your cool with a chatterbox like me around you. I never hesitated to call/mail or text when you were in middle of something important at work. You were going through a rough patch, yet, it never affected us. You knew what I wanted and how I felt. In fact, you knew me a lot better than I did. Or anyone else for that matter..I began a sentence and you completed it for me. I remember I used to say, Shona..I can't help it but I am..and you would complete the sentence by saying what I was about to..you said,"what honey? Can't stop falling in love with me?"..yes, exactly what I felt..could never stop being crazy about you. I remember how I pestered you to shave! You liked a stubble and I liked a smooth face! ha..I still smile thinking of how you came looking adorable in your white shirt and faded blue jeans..clean shaved, spectacles..OMG, I couldn't stop staring at you like a girl in awe! I loved holding your hand and walking together..hoping that the destination never came so that I could spend some more time with you...
