Why are their so many people always want to pull down other people? They will do everything even it's already below the belt just to make the person feel so empty.

Maybe they just can't take the fact that other people are doing better than they are. They can't stand that they are bested in some, they always want to be the best, have the best. That's why if they can't beat these people in an honest way, they will just pull them down to their level. We cannot avoid these kind of people, they're everywhere. But as what my mom likes to say, you cannot pull a good man down.

I for one also wonder why this form of thinking still pervades in a lot of people. They try pulling down others who are, well, on their way up. I think this may have something to do with insecurity problems or low self-esteem. They think that if say a person rises in his career for example, that person would eventually surpass them and they'd eventually be left out. Or probably some are just so pessimistic about life that they think that people shouldn't succeed, and thus they pull that person down.

There are people who thinks that giving out their opinions really matter. For some, it maybe useful, but for some, it could be discouraging enough to actually feel bad about it and not pursue with whatever you had in mind in the first place. They would tell that they are just saying some constructive criticisms, blah blah blah. But in reality, some would simply want to let you down. They feed on other's joys and success that they would do any to discourage you.

Their are millions people like that in the world. Instead of apreciation they go with critizism. They love putting down others. But insurity kills and instead putting yourself down try to use it as your strength that your stronger than what they think.
