Just this morning I went on my duty.I always wanted to start my morning with a pleasant aura, leaving worries behind to focus my work. Unfortunately never been a lucky day...When I arrived at the work place early, I decided to go to a friend first to tell her an important message when suddenly someone ask my name because she said i will be the one who will receive her, I look up at the clock and its 30 minute ahead of the time, the other morning duty is not yet around. She really have a frown face..what happen to her? she dont even have a proper endorsement to me, she left the work place messy, and out of the area on the exact 7am...I almost lost my temper...just wondering if she will be happy if someone will do the same to her...

If this is the first time that this has happened, maybe you could let it pass. Maybe she really needed to go somewhere and had to leave the office immediately. I know it's not a reason to frown on you and leave her work station in a mess, but just this time why not let it pass. You could talk to her about it when both of your emotions are in check. I mean, both of you have pleasant auras

It is very hard when we are working with somebody who is so annoying, and it is something that can be quite draining for us as individuals. The only thing that you could do would be to talk to them and explain why you find certain things annoying, and ask them if there is any way that they could change their behaviour. The other thing that you could do would be to talk to your boss about them, but this is something that could create bad feelings between the two of you in the long term so this should only really be considered as a last resort.

Many people do that. They don't actually care about what others would feel if they do not do their own job properly. And some do that intentionally to really annoy you and ruin your day. This is what actually what my in-law's maid is doing almost everyday. She will always leave our place messy especially the kitchen and I would be terribly irritated when I arrive home and see those mess. Just this morning, I found out that she took all my shoes out of the house and place them on the garage without telling me and put all my in-laws shoes instead. I just don't understand her motive for doing so but I am terribly upset and really cried because I am so mad but I really do not want to cause trouble.

Maybe she is already so sleepy and expecting that her reliever would be there, but there's none except you. So, that's why she has that frown in her face.
It's a good thing my friend , that you have a patient and kind attitude. If that happened to me, i would surely would reprimand her for having that frown in her face, because on the first place it's not my fault that her reliever isn't in yet.

sherlysinguran I worked a split shift at t he library as somwone was out sick. someof my coworkers at night got too bu sy shelving books when at a quarter to nine closing time they were supposed dto
p;ick up all books and neatly stack them on a cart for the day workers to shelve again,I cleaned up my half of the library but my coworker never stopped shelving.,so the next day I told her either you help me to clean the tables at quarter to nine or I will report this to Emily, she then told me she had never been told to stop shelving at pickup time.so she worked with me and it was a snap in the mo rning to quickly shelve those books.sometimes firm talking works wonders.,
