Having A hard time to start a New relationship.

It is very hard to recover from a break up, but five years is a very long time. It is understandable if people have treated you badly in the past that you might feel as though you can no longer trust them, but the thing that you should remember is that most people are nice to their partners, and you now deserve to find somebody who can be nice to you. You should not think about dating as such, but just go out and try to meet new people and see if there is anybody who you get along with well. If there is then you might find that there is a good future for the two of you.

I know how you feel and it is really hard to commit to another relationship without thinking of the bad things that might happen. But you need to learn to completely let go. What if the perfect person for you is just waiting for you to notice him? Give yourself the chance to be happy again. Life is a gamble itself. Not unless you take the chance, you will not be able to know what is really waiting for you. Who knows, maybe the next time you fall, if will be the perfect one for you.
