I remember when I was younger and the feeling that you would get when it was the end of term and you knew that you didn't have to go to school for several weeks. My favourite one was the summer holiday because there were six weeks where you could go on holiday with your family, play with your friends, and generally have a good time without even having to think about school for the duration of the holiday. Then, going back to school would be exciting as well because you could see some of your friends who you hadn't seen during the holidays, so you still had the chance to have a good time.
