[Cyber Crime Law] What do you think should be added or remove?

Since the bill was turned into a law.. there were a group of people who urges the government to have the law revisited because it limits/diminishes our online freedom of speech. Does our government really have the power to implement this new law as of now? Like the Hacking of BSP (bank sentral), luckily anonymous just deface the website and did not still vital info of BSP members..

With regards to the cybercrime law, it is not really limiting our freedom of speech but rather regulating the abuse we are doing in the internet.
