Narrowing Programs Down

I am doing several programs to raise money for charity. The idea is to get a bunch of referrals in the programs who will help raise my earnings. I want programs with good referral programs, but also don't take a lot of time each day to make money. I don't want my referrals clicking for hours for pennies. Here are the programs I am in now: Aussieearners -- this is an autosurf program. You can earn your upgrade through the PTC section, then get 10 cents a day surfing just 25 sites. Decent referral program. Donkeymails -- good referral program but the PTC site is .025 an ad. The surfing is manual and only for credits (sometimes you get cash bonuses). It does have a paid to sign up section. Not sure how well it credits. Inbox Dollars -- paid to sign up site. Payout is $30 which might discourage people from participating. You only get referral earnings from the sign ups not searches or emails. MyLot -- good referral program, but requires a lot of effort for folks to get paid. Treasure Troopers -- paid to sign up site and surveys. You can also raise dragons for cash but they are labor intensive. Decent referral program. So, of the above, which should I concentrate on to get followers? Other suggestions?
