Levelupptc paid to click paying?

hi friends, are you familiar with levelupptc, this is a paid to click program.
In order to earn more you can upgrade to a level you wish to with certain advantage per level as to earnings per click.etc.. etc..
I was just wondering.. there is an upgrade there that cost 1 dollar.. is it really
worth to upgrade in this website?
I've read reviews and they say its paying, but just would like to ask if
the upgrade is really paying..

Hello my friend dorothy09 Ji,
Well, I am really un-knowledgeble on such earnings. I think it is all totally waste of time.My hubby wasted four yrs and never got a pense out of such sites. They may look attaractive and plaesing , but theya are like 'HOOROR OF DRACULA' So I keep off.
