I almost jump out of bed last night when I remembered that I am supposed to get my new uniform from the dress shop. I need that uniform tomorrow because we will be having our provincial executive conference. But what can I do it was past ten in the evening and I could no longer go to the shop? So, early this morning I went to the shop and get my new uniform. I still have to wash and iron it so that I could use it for tomorrow’s conference. In our department, we usually change our uniform every two years and this year we had this new red and black uniform for Mondays. How about you my friends, how often do you change your uniform in your office?

hi aries I work in a typhical call center agent here in our country, but as of now my position is an insurance analyst. actually we do not have a uniform but we do have dress codes. we should wear formal attire from mondays to wednesday and casual during thursday and friday.but just this last week, since it is a customer service week, we were asked to wear casual for the whole week and we were given some freebies like free massage, haircut, chiis and coffee.we were also given a scheduled color of the shirt for the monday(example: monday- green, tuesday- blue)tomorrow were back in a formal attire. I experienced to wear uniform during my off campus days. I am a teacher by profession. And I also experienced what you had experienced. it's good that you were able to wash yours, mine after i iron it, i wear it. there is no time for me to wash it that time.lol

Hi rberon! Oh yes, my sister is also working in a call center and I did not see her wearing a uniform. Well, for sure my fellow workers would surely comply during the first days but I'm not sure for how long. We are assigned in the field offices so we were seldom monitored as to compliance with regards to wearing of uniform. For those who are assigned at the regional office, they really comply with the order all through out. Actually, I would like to wear my shirts with logo of our department because it is more convenient to use. Thank you for sharing!

Most of the time, we are more satisfied of wearing the dress that we are comfortable rather than a uniform. but since there are rules and guidelines to follow, we have no choice but to abide that rules.just like here in mylot, for us not to be kick out in the site, there are some guidelines that we also needs to follow. i miss wearing a uniform but i don't know when it will happen since I am not planning to go back in the teaching industry.

i only experienced it once and i liked it because it's practical. then you just "differentiate" yourself through your bag, shoes, and jewelry/accessories. that's the advantage of being female. so who decides on the color, design and material of your uniforms? i like black skirts and pockets in the blouse. i hope your uniform is comfortable and fits you well.

Hi friend! Yes it is really practical when we have uniform. We do not have to plan what to wear each and every day. About the design, it was done at the central office. Actually, I do not know who make the design because I just came from the training and I don't have much news from the office yet. Thank you for sharing! Have a nice day!

Oh how sad, really. But anyway, those were in good hands already, I mean good body. Thank you for sharing your story with us. One good thing about those working in the hospital is that they don't change uniform often as they always need to be in white. But in our department, we have to change every two years as this was included in the budget. Actually my previous uniform was still good because I seldom use it especially when I had undergone training. But since we have an order to wear our new uniform, we have to follow.

Nice color! I'm working now in a company that don't have uniform so I'm having difficulty just coming up with decent clothes to wear. Honesly, I prefer to have uniform now so I can save more money to purchase more important things other than clothes for work.

Hi friend! I was actually late already when I went to the dress shop. Just lucky that the dressmaker was done with all the other uniforms for my office mates so he was able to rush my uniform. I hope you could get your uniform already.

Oh good thing that your have office uniform so you dont have to worry what to where for a day. Not unlike in the office where we dont have any uniform. I used to wear something that will suit my work and trying to be presentable as I can yet other people used to say something about it.

We just change the old uniform to this one. I was still on my training when I received the order requiring us to wear the new uniform starting October 1. I already have the other one last week and this one, which I am supposed to wear on a Monday was left at the shop. Thank you for sharing!
