Topline: Earn while surfing!!!

Hi. I was having MBC and an ad pop out. So I clicked the ad and came across this site Topline. It's a site in which you have to add "add-on" to your browser. This add-on will change the ad of site which you are browsing into Topline ads and you will get credits for it. I think 1000 credits is $0.75. The site doesn't mention about minimum payout. So had you came across this site. Cheers.
