I am from India. and i don't have a credit card. i have a Visa, Maestro and Visa Electron debit cards from State Bank of India and Syndicate banks, India. what about making deposit through bank wire? I think that you will find it difficult, if not impossible, to make any payments outside of your country without giving full details to your bank (in other words, the RBI) about what that payment is for. The RBI has ruled that all incoming funds (particularly from payment providers such as PayPal, Payza and Skrill) must be transferred to your bank account within 7 days. They have also made it practically impossible for Indian nationals to send money overseas without proper authorization. Unless you can tell the authorities what your payment is for (using a 'Purpose code') your bank will not be allowed to transfer funds in any way.

yaa.. i know about the incoming fund for paypal. now it is automatically transferred to your bank account once they are received in the paypal account. no need to manually withdraw. don't know about payza and moneybookers.
