Cant Sleep

For the whole day, I had been suffering from colds with watery eyes and unpleasant condition. Studying and doing some chores while having all of these is an additional burden for me. Tomorrow will already be our exam and I am not in a good condition. To worsen the case, I took a multivitamin before sleeping hoping it will help me recover. Around 11pm I woke up with a dreary eyes and lousy body. I spent time trying to sleep, read the bible and relax myself. However, all of those effort is still not enough.
Hope I can get through the exams for tomorrow.

I'm sorry to hear that you're in such a bad way. It can be also from the stress of the exams that is causing it. I hope that you will get better quickly. Do the best you can on the exams

yeah sure, it is bad enough to be sick, worst things in the world! I don't do enough to prevent colds and things myself.

I know the feeling about needing to sleep, as well as wanting sleep, yet then still you can not sleep.
They say that there are things that we can do to help us get off to sleep and they are a warm bath along with a warm drink, darken the house down, as well as quieten the house down, warm the bed, none of this lot work for me, but some thing may for you.

Hey it was pretty bad to hear bout your condition and i can understand your situation very much as i had also gone through this terrible phase before when i had suffered a lot just a day before my final exams. i think more than completion of your syllabus, u should take utmost care of your health as if u are fine only then u can give the exams properly. Take adequate rest as well as medicines. Do not think about the exam stress and all the best for your exams.

i also get stress when i face some exam, such as sports exam or other subjects exam. last time when i had a TOEFL test next day, i worried about it so much that i can sleep at all. i hope i can sleep as soon as quickly but i cannot. so no doubt i get a not good grade that time. so if you feel hard to sleep, just try to be relax. don't think about much things, try to think about nothing and relax yourself, in fact, you also can think about some things that can make you happy and that can help you fall in sleep. all in all, good luck for you!

Sorry for a heavy burden your undergoing. I hope everything will be perfect at the end and most of all to your examination.
