Hey guys, West Indies have finally listed the T20 World Cup much to the amazement and the hype that was before the starting of the tournament. They have started as dark horses and now they are the new champions of T20.
This victory has come in the light of several controversies that W.I have gone through over the years. The team that was once feared by everyone have found its glory back again and hope they will provide us great cricket in the future.
As of now, Congratulations to the entire W.I team and heart break for S.L Team. Better luck next time.
What are your thoughts regarding this? Are u happy for the new champions?

First of all, Congratulations to Windies.
I always scout for underdogs to win the big ones. Finally, It has now happened with west Indies. They were once the unbeatable. But since 1983, after losing to India , they were declining downwards up until recently. I can only thank the passion, the love of the game, and the undying team spirit of Caribbean boys led by not one of the greats but by far the most spirited skipper among recent times DARREN SAMMY. It is rightful that they have clinched the title because as far as i'm concerned they absolutely deserved it.

Hey thanks a ton for your response. Well yes, u are absolutely right. The Windies were once unbeatable and invincible and were one of the most feared teams in the cricket world but they had shown a steep decline over the years that proposed many greats to doubt the cricket commitment from this country. But glad to know that they have finally clinched the World Cup and this would definitely help revive the cricket fervor in their country and of course hats off to the skipper for leading the team from the front.

I think West Indies have played very well. Initially, I had doubts whether would have reach even 100 runes. I think they showed a great character and won the matches. I think most probably this would inspire the youngsters in West Indies to play cricket in the future.

Hey thanks a ton for your response. Well yes u are absolutely right. Even i too had doubts if Windies could even reach the group stage after all they have been giving disappointing performances over the years and they too had a very bad record in the T20s as well. But glad to know that they managed to come up to that level and finally lifted the world cup and as u said earlier this victory will unleash a new cricketing environment in their country where many aspiring talented cricketers can come up.
