Sometimes I just get sad for no apparent reason. Well, maybe there are reasons, or a reason behind the sadness, but I can't put my finger on it. It just hits me sometimes from out of nowhere, that sad and unexplained feeling of being heavy or gloomy. Does this happen to you too? How do you deal with it?

I have read about but i tell you that i always know the reason of my sadness and i will think about it and get sadder. So I know the cause of my sadness. i really don't get it when people say they have no reason to get sad but still they are sad. Think again. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.

It doesn't always happen and as I said, I know there must be some reason for it, I just can't seem to identify it.. ;)

Okay. then you must try to not be sad and do something that interests you and changes your mood and day.

It can be horrible when we start to feel down and we don't really know what is wrong with us. When I get like this, I like to try and do some things that I know make me happy, as this changes my mood a lot. One of the things that I like to do is put a film on my laptop that makes me happy or makes me laugh. If something can make you smile then this is sometimes more than enough to get you out of the bad mood that you'd been put in. You should spend time around your friends and family who make you happy as they might be able to cheer you up.

I do that too! I mean watching a light-hearted film.. I hate the part when credits show though. x_x True, being surrounded by friends and family also makes us feel better and relieves some of the sadness caused by whatever unknown reason. A genuine smile can really change everything. :)

It also happens to me a couple of times, but usually when I'm PMS-ing . So I guess mine is brought about by hormones, that is if there's really nothing for me to be sad about.

I guess that happens to me sometimes. Although not during the PMS period exactly. Maybe I just lack endorphins in my body to make me feel happy enough. hihi!

its happen to me too, sometimes I feel lonely when crowded around, I dunno why its happen, but I think its because there is a little thing that u need but not fulfilled. u dunno what, but ur hearts and minds are missing something. then u must find what u needs.

It happens to me more when I'm alone. But it also happens when I'm outside, alone and surrounded by strangers. I guess that's true. :) We just have to find what's missing to understand the source of sadness.
