I'm a girl, and I'm not really good at cooking. huhuhu..
I'm still working on it. I started to accompany my mom in the kitchen, looking how she made some food, and help a little. I still cut my finger when I try to peel something. And I always take at least two steps back, whenever the hot oil in the frying pan is jumping out.
I promise myself that I have to be able to cook, at least cooking only my favorite food :p

Thanks God you are also an Indonesia, because I don't know what it is in English. LOL. I love to eat kangkung. hahaha.. Is it water spinach or what?
I really love it, especially the one on Chinese food restaurant. I don't know what the chef add to season the kangkung in Chinese food, but every time I make it myself, the taste is completely different :(

I've attended a cooking and bsking class conducted by an Indonesian lady some years back. She Came to my country to teach. Since my passion is cooking and baking I've been to many classes to learn cooking. Last June I was in the Philippines to learn baking cakes and buns.

Hi adhyz, cooking class? I will get laugh when I hear this because my mom and sister watches all cooking classes in TV. My mom kept a book for that and write hundreds of pages and daily she tells I will make something for you all but till now the book is aside and didn't make anything. I don't blame my mom but kidding. All day she is busy with lots of work at home and outside job. But, daily I will tease her by showing that book.

Hi adhyz: Actually is not weird to see guys cooking. Cooking is an art and could be a good hobby. Actually if you look closely you will find that some of the most famous chefs are actually men. My father is a good cooker and he cooks for us on the weekends. It's a good thing to learn.

hello there,
for me here, i do really love to cook. aside from that, i also loved to explore new recipes, as in doing some research on how to cook this and that is kind a exciting thing to do. then after cooking some new recipes, its like putting your fingers cross what is the taste of the new recipe. hence, all of those things makes me more passionate to do my cooking.
bon appetit.

I definitely agree that it is not strange for men to cook. In fact, some of the best chefs in the world are men. And top star hotels or restaurants also have men as chefs as it does take a lot of energy and physical strength to carry out heavy load of cooking in such places...

Like you, I'm really interested in going to cooking class. There are lots of cooking shows on tv anyway, and we can find recipes everywhere. It should be a practical way of learning how to cook.

Hi adhyz!
I love cooking, it's kinda my passion.
If I am not a Design Engineer, I might be building my own restaurant and cook.
I really love cooking and watching shows which shows different recipes.
My mom is a great cook, could be compared to a chef. I love all her recipes and I get to use some of them when I want to eat delicious food instead of buying at a canteen.
Though I want to cook my own food, I don't have enough time after work so I usually buy outside.
So, have you learned how to make donuts?
I love baking too but I am still on the verge of liking it because over is only available in our home and not here where I stay. So seldom I try baking. Maybe during holidays only.
Good luck to your cooking!
