I'll share my experience because the last time I asked something like this here, I didn't get an answer. The first thing that occurs when you file the dispute is the other party is given a chance to answer in order to resolve it. I think they are given up to 15 days for that. In my case, the other party didn't officially respond via Payza but they did contact me directly to suggest that if I dropped the dispute they would pay. I didn't. It then took about five weeks for a resolution specialist to decide I was in the right. But they said, unfortunately, there is no money in the other persons account to pay for the dispute. I still think its a good idea to open the dispute as it helps to fight fraud since it will leave a mar on their account.
If you are going to pay a large sum of money in the future, I would pay directly through Payza with a credit card. This way you can call your credit card company and cancel the payment. Its called a chargeback and they don't like it at Payza because you will actually get your money back immediately. Payza will then be left with figuring out how to get the money back from the fraudulent party.

I submitted my dispute and there are 7 days for seller to reply in the matter. As my seller has sufficient fund with Payza I hope for a proper compensation in the matter. Earlier I have lost a few dollars, since being unaware of the actual procedure.
Thanks for the response with more details.
