Having terrible workmates.

Hi guys,
How's your day? I would like share an experience of mine. I have a workmate, a fresh grad. She's like a child always aiming for the attention of others. But in the workplace, she alwas makes alibis and create lies so she could uplift herself. She is really terrible, she always makes reasons that she could wash herself from her sins, and pointing others instead. In that, our boss would eye on the other employee and not on her. She doesn't even wanted to be scolded. She really get into our nerves. But we stay compose and try to figure out when will the boss realize it.

Well there are always people like that at work.So inconsiderate and just thinking of their selves and just go after to things that could benefit them and don't think what other people around them would feel and react.

She sound terrible , I hate when people get on my nerve .
She should learn to love herself and stop being fake , attention seeker . Maybe the boss is not eying her because she is new . I hate people that always thinking they are perfect , because perfect is boring anyway .

It is horrible when we have workmates who we don't get on with. One of the things that you need to think about with regards to this girl that you work with is the fact that she is only young and she is just making the transition between being a child and an adult. It can sometimes take quite a lot of time to be able to change from the way that you would have behaved with your friends at home to the way that you should be acting with your new colleagues. Maybe have a word with her if she doesn't get any better, as she might not think that she is doing anything wrong.
