I love my Grandmother so much, and she practically brought me up while I was younger. My parents both used to work full time, and she would come to look after me while they were at work until I was about 14 as I had a younger brother as well. She would come and play games with me in the garden and would make lunch for me as well. There was nothing that I liked better than a lunch made by her because it just seemed to taste much better than anything else that I would normally eat. We don't see her as much now that we're grown up, but we do try to do our best with it.

Glad to hear that your nanny is such a brave heart who have always loved and nurtured u till now and in fact whatever u will do for her will fall short in front of her love, affection and sacrifices. Hats off to her and give my regards to her as well. What say?

I never actually had a nanny when I was a kid. My parents were struggling financially back then so we had to do without a nanny. Besides, my dad thought that nannies would only spoil us. I guess back then, our neighborhood was more 'neighborly.' It was all right to leave kids with a neighbor. I don't think that's common nowadays. My son has a nanny though, and he likes her very much. But us parents are still his hero. It's probably because we're fortunate that we are able to spend a lot of time with our son.
