I've never experienced this. In fact I never thought of it. What you are saying maybe correct as most myLot users are engaged in some job or the other. They mostly take myLot as a place to have fun and earn a little extra. So they are most active on free time. And what better free time will they get than on weekdays? Also the number of responses on one's discussion is effected by the number of friends one has. So maybe most of your friends are busy on weekdays and manage proper time only on weekends. Basically put, no one will be doing myLot by disturbing their own personal lives. People will only do myLot in free times, weekends provide free time. Simple. Good day!

That's a problem. As I've planned not to start a discussion this month, rather concentrating more on responding. Anyways, I can still observe the discussions on which I respond over the weekend and compare it with those in the weekdays.

Oh, I don't notice that much because I'm not active on weekends. However, when I get back on Mondays, I can see some myLotters comments on some of my discussions or responses. I try to reply all of them as much as I could. Happy mylotting.

Ooos, I just checked my post now and I was surprised I saw two. I hope myLot admin will erase the other one. I am just myLotting using my phone so sometimes my responses are posted twice. Yes, I won't stop mylotting. I'm one of the addicts here. LOL. Weekends are family days for me that's why I don't sign in to myLot and any other sites on weekends. Happy mylotting.

It is quite logical that you should receive more responses at the weekend because that is when members have more time available to spend here. Obviously there will be some members who for one reason or another are not in employment, but the majority are likely to be busy from morning until evening. Considering that the evening is still not totally free time because of meals etcetera, the difference in available time for Mylot is vast.

Many people are working or studying during the week and can only log on to myLot at week-ends and this is one of the reasons that myLot suggets that we wait a week before awarding the Best Response in our discussions.
I don't start many topics for discussion and I haven't noticed whether they receive more responses at the week-end or not. I just see that there are people on here most of the time but whether there are more or less on certain days is not something I have seen on my own topics.

Sunny, I'm not commenting to upset you. I'm sure you're excited to receive quality responses and that's why out of gratitude you did it. But comments to thank is not permissible by the guidelines, I think. This comment may get deleted and eventually affect your earnings and/or reputation. Thus, dropping by to advice you. Remember this in the future!

Hi sunny: I am not actually sure about this. However I could understand your numbers. This is probably because on weekends people have more free time to spend on the things they enjoy to do.

I never stopped to realize but I guess that people have much more time in their hands when the week is over. At weeks like right now I feel the rush to do things in a hurry...
Maybe that's it. There are tons of things to do right now and my fingers are typing here like crazy

Hey thanks a ton for such an interesting discussion. he he. I think u are correct in a way and i think this too happens with me at times. But i still think that if the discussions are that attractive and eye catchy then they can get responses even when posted during the weekdays.
It ultimately depends on the quality of discussions being posted. But u are also correct in a way as most of the people find time to come online on weekends when they have off or have holidays.
What say?

You are right at some extend. In weekend most of the people stays online because of holiday. So you get more response to your discussion. But at weekdays it is quite difficult to stay online withing working time.
