I Am Not Happy

These days I felt really upset and unhappy.There seems many disappointed and annoyed matter around me.Almost there is nothing to smile and laugh,maybe because recently I have too much pressureand I am busy with it.I hope I can have a happy day tommorrow.

Try overcome this phase friend. I know very well that this id not an easy task. In fact sometimes it extremely difficult to figure it out what is wrong. I know how bad concentration goes, and how weak we get from inside. Just sit with the one who would certainly help you out in this....talk to him...give him time...he will surely tell what EXACTLY is the reason for your disappointment and...I am surely will get you out of this...You know who I am talking about ....YOU YOURSELF!

gautam is right, even I also have problems lately, I hope you can stop this thinking and sort this problem out, many events that happened will past away, you will feel less depress in time coming.

I agree with you .I also think time is the best medicine to cure it .when I solve the problem one by one, I believe I can be happy.Thank you !I hope you can be happy everyday.

If you have suddenly become unhappy, then one of the things that you need to do is to think about the things that might have changed in your life, and consider whether there is anything that you can do about it. One of the things that you can do is to talk to your friends and family about the things that are bothering you, because you would be surprised at the amount of help you can get from those you love by just doing something as simple as talking to them. It helps a lot, and you would feel a lot better about everything once you had done so.

Sometimes I don't want to talk to anyone and I just want to keep in silent when I am disappointed.Maybe a little latter I can get rid of it.

Hello there Helen. Just relax and take it easy. :) I also feel a bit upset at times because of the things happening around me. I just don't like some of the changes happening in my life nowadays but I'm just keeping my faith and I try my best to smile and to be happy. As long as I could be with the people who are really important to me, I just think positively. I believe that you can surmount that certain phase in your life. Just try your best to be as optimistic as you can. Cheer up! Everything will be alright in time. I hope you are feeling better today. Happy myLotting. :)

You need a vacation my friend,your jobs makes you stress and lost your smile.Sometimes a lot of works make us feel unhappy.This body is not a machine and need some rest.Please try to listening music,watching comedy movies or doing your hobbies.try to relax and enjoy your life.Don't always think about your jobs when you're already at home.

That was my feeling last week, I feel so disappointed and my mood keeps changing simultaneouly.. and I hate it because it affects my relationship with my family and boyfriend.. But, what I did to make it disappear.. I just pray and meditate.. try it... it works...
And now, I just realize that life is too short.. so, just enjoy life, don't take problems seriously coz God is always there for us... Just force yourself to smile.

I am very glad that you realise that life is too short and I think I would have the same feeling with you several days latter.I hope your can be happy everyday and don't hurt your family and boyfriend anymore.Your mood influence your boyfriend's mood.

Just believe everything will go smoothly tomorror. I believe that anger and sadness can only make ourselves upset. When we face those troublesome matters with smile, nothing can trouble us because we have positive attitude.:)

Well, I think it is very common to feel unhappy but you should change yourself and find the happiness. Recently I have to consider about many things and prepare a lot of things but I never feel stressed out. For example, I have to buy some T-shirts and shorts but there are few of them because it is autumn here. I go to many stores but cannot get anything. Then I have to surf the Internet to buy the clothes. My mother says it is too troublesome. I do not think so. Walking outside is a kind of exersise and it is good for my health. Perhaps you think it is troublesome as well but I find the happiness so I do not. I hope you can find it too.

hey! I think everything is up to yourself. If you do something on a happy mood, everything will become easy. On the contrary, if you are scared by the difficulties, you cannot do things well. Just be yourself, take it easy! You should smile to youself at the begining of everyday, which may keep you be on a good mood. Come on!
