My USSC card, is this valid?

I have my USSC Card from Western Union Money transfer and I'm always wondering if this card can be used in paypal. I mean is this card can be link in our paypal account? This card carries a VISA logo. Anybody out there use USSC Card? Thanks for sharing in advance..:)

You should have better start this discussion in the "PayPal" interest.
Briefly, the response is "No".
There is an unofficial USSC Card FAQ here : http://www.affordablecebu.com/load/finance_wealth/ussc_money_card/34-1-0-1205
At the end of this FAQ, you will read at the top of the "Few Reminders" section : "1. You cannot link USSC Money Card to Paypal. USSC is not yet affiliated to Paypal. As of now, you cannot purchase online using this card."
It looks like it is not a real Visa card and has serious limitations.
