An unusual warm mid-October

Dear freinds Mylotters. Although we have come almost to the middle of October, I must say that the weather here in Genoa (Italy), is still quite warm. Ok, I agree, it is now past the time when we went around in a tank top and shorts, but when we are under the sun, dressed  heavier, it's hot. I must say that until a few days ago, it rained heavily. Now we all expect a drastic drop in temperature, but at the moment it seems that the weather has still going to give us a few sunny day. So, we have to enjoy this time, because, when then will come the harsh winter, then surely (and do not say no!) certainly will complain us all!

yes. enjoy the unusual warm mi-october. as you say winter will be severe this time because last year it was not that severe in most parts. i do not know about italy. but you people are accustomed to extremes of climate also and you cover yourself properly. that is good.

Well, to be honest, we Italians are not very used to the freezing cold. For as much as we can cover, it is increasingly felt. Then we have to keep in the house most of the day the heating on, this involves a considerable expense, I must say, however, and this especially in Genoa, my home town, luckily that did not last long in the cold weather throughout the year.

warm mid winter! hope you are enjoying the climate. Here , in our country ,winter about to start, the affect already started, but very minute . winters are exciting ,one reason ,due to christams, which makes it special, but have to care a lot about the health. I have a question , if you don't mind, are you a writer? I don't mean in mylot here.

Well, rispondendoti your question directly, I tell you now that I am not a writer. Speaking for the winter, you have a particular emphasis that makes it exciting, that Christmas, with its charm and its holy holidays

I wish that I was in your country, because I am in a country where it is actually quite cold for the time of year rather than being warm. It has been raining a lot and this means that we are all quite down about the weather. I normally like going for a lot of walks, and this has ben something that I have not been able to do due to the fact that everywhere is far too wet. I know that the autumn has only just started over here, but I am already looking forward to the summer and being able to go out and about again around the countryside.

Well, I did not see in your profile, which is the country of your origin. However, from what I understand in your answer, it would seem that too in a sense, envy the climate that we Italians have for most of the year. Specific that even here, however, the winter is cold, but the duration of the season hard, is very limited.

It's supposed to be rainy season here too but it's just too hot nowadays and rain is seldom to be seen. The weather nowadays is just so unpredictable. The season has changed.

It is very warm here in Greece too. Weather conditions are almost the same, we are so close. We just had our second rain for this fall but still wearing t-shitrs. I remember back in 2002 I went swimming for the last time on Octobr 15th. Summer was too warm so I think the winter won't be so bad.

You are fortunate to live in such a warm country. As an Englishman, what we consider to be tank top and shorts weather is probably not too far off what you're getting now.

Well, from what I could understand from your answer, you English, as you wear "summer", what we Italians wear in the fall, right? However, many others envy the "beautiful country" (Italy), with greater attention to my city of Genoa, where the climate is mostly temperate.
