online banking hassles

I have a savings account on one of the local banks who promotes online banking as the most convenient way to access account transactions but to my dismay i can't access it anymore had accessed it once before and now its giving me errors. i went to the bank and inquire about it and had me call the call center hotline and i did and it took me a lifetime to get in and since im using a prepaid mobile phone took me tons of prepaid loads to get in and i was asked to wait 2 to 3 banking days to receive the email response. i received the email response today and the link they provide is on error i reply to the email informing them about it and sent me an automated response email stating to wait 2 to 3 days for the response.
is it really that convenient?
