Education and earning are two different things. Why do people mix both of them.I personally have seen totally illiterate people running organizations and degree holders working for them.I don't want to condemn study but i want to make it clear to people that earning is another art which is not related to education. Now it depends on your nature if you prefer to work for others or like to rule over others. But bear in mind that to become a good ruler you must experience first to obey the orders and work under the others then only you will be able to work as a manager. What do you think?

It depends on the company whether they honor experience or education. Some places you work for if you do not have a degree you will not get a promotion. Sometime just because you have a degree you will get into a higher position. It all depends on the type of work the position requires. There does not seem to be any sure fire formula except for professionals like doctor and lawyers where a degree is required.

Your answer is correct but only for a limited number of jobs. There are still more demanding jobs in which your other skills like communication, convincing power, body language, and a quick power of decision matters a lot.If you are a pilot and have to decide a crash landing, there your degree can't help you rather than your own will power helps you.
