I can't find it when I want to use it,but find it when I don't need it.

There are always some embarrassing jokes in our life. This morning, after I got up,I suddenly realized that I hadn't finished the report which should be handed in.So I tried to find it,but could not get it.I asked my wife if she knew where I had put it,and she just shake her hand and said she never paid attention to my things.So I had to go to my office to check whether I had put it somewhere on my desk.But unluckily,I couldn't find it ,either.When the meeting was over just about 15 munites ago, I got it!It was just in my top drawer!
How unlucky I was today!Why didn't I find it?It should be quite easy to find it!
So I will be more careful with my documents.

I think that everyone suffers from this every once in a while and it is a bit of a shame really. The best thing that you could do would be always to keep things in the same place all of the time, because then you would know where you could find certain things when you were looking for them. I have a list of everything that I own on my laptop and where it is stored, and I know that all I need to do when I am looking for it is search for the item on the list and then my laptop will be able to tell me exactly where that item is.
