CSS (Case Cading Styling Sheet)

Hi, I am making a site on dreamweaver by using CSS (Case Cading Styling Sheet). Having some problem in making a format section in external file. Is there anyone who could let me know how to proper use this formatting tool. I will be glad.

your question is not clear at all. If you are talking about forms then they are simply made in html . and you submit through php . Plz describe your question so that we could help you.

Not an expert, but have played around with CSS in Dreamweaver - what exactly are you trying to do?
