Anyone else have those moments when you realize you have 8 million things to do with your kids, your work, and your family. Your constantly putting out fires. When you are with your kids you are worried about something you have to do for work, when you are at work you are doing something unrelated that your wife asked you to do. And after the kids go to bed and you should be spending time with your spouse you are working on some project for your sons boy scout troop. What you really need is to hire some help, but you can't get enough work done to pay for it. All you really want to do is have a little mental breakdown and not worry about any of it for a while, but there is too much to do to stop that long.
one day maybe I will strike it rich and get to sleep 3 hours in a row and take a walk in the park.

A lot of people have worries when they are that point of their life, because you start to think about all of the things that you had wished that you'd done with your life, and the only thing that you can start thinking about is the fact that you have never been able to get those things done in your life so far. The thing that you need to do is to remember all of the good things in your life and just remember how lucky you are to have been able to get those things. You should be much stronger when you come out of the other side.
