However I told them to call a doctor or get me to any medical store at least, to buy some meds but they are really not interested. I really need just a name of a country that does NOT ENTERTAIN DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS WITH INDIA. I need a quick refuge before I
get brain dead. Please. But no CHINA. As I contacted them more than 3 times and they not seem interested.

dude what you been eating? if you eat warm stuff like pickles you will get nose bleed my sister always get it when she eats those pickles (achar) if your indian you would know :P

i ain't no dude, first.
There might be disintegration in rep but nobody can call me dude. Especially Indians.
Mind your words.
Second I am not taking achar and achar does not work as booze and you do not faint after taking achar.
do your sister gets faint after taking achar/pickle every time.
