So we all know she did but will she finally get convicted? Y&R is really dragging this storyline out. Will she confess and take a plea or fight it out in court? What do you think?

I would love to see Phyllis be found guilty but I don't think they will. Phyllis is the male version of Victor, she will get away with it. Especially with Michael as the prosecutor, he will probably find away to purposely lose the case just because she is his "best friend"

Well the original judge got sick and went to the hospital. The replacement after studying the file for about an hour came back and dismissed the charges. Now we will have to wait to see why. The preview had Christine standing up and protesting and the judge asking who she was. It may be because he disagrees with the statue of limitations not applying for this case because he doesn't think her be a fed at the time is enough. Which brings up the matter of something they are always doing on Y&R which is to have trials for federal jurisdiction cases done in GC and prosecuted by city prosecutors with city judges and not in federal court. That is just not how things would be done.

Haven't seen it yet, but I hadn't thought about that.. I mean the statue of limitations thing. THat was what got it ignored in the first place until Christine found some stupid little loop hole to get around that. I have to agree tho...17 years is far to long to start a trial and have quality evidence. All they have is circumstantial anyway. But I forgot about that and yeah...good way for them to end this and not have Phyllis pay the price for her crime! And what I don't get, well, I get it, I just think it is dumb...it happened 17 years ago and life has moved on and christine has made such a name for herself and a job and all with the Feds etc..why don't she just stop it and let it go after all these years! Obviously is was a good thing that she and Paul didn't get Married as she still has a thing for Danny..so in a way...Phyllis did her a favor!!!
