Why Others Failed Online

I invited several friends to work online and I know that they are also interested on it. If they are to analyze, they are luckier than me because they can always consult and ask help from me whenever they have problem with regards to working online. To my disappointment, several of them stop working after having encountered small problem.
So I just concluded that maybe they are not that interested much on earning money online. That is why I can say that the reason why there are only few successful people is the fact that most of us do not possess the qualities that must be present in a successful person. Patience, perseverance, dedication hard work, a strong will and determination are some of those qualities and I’m sure I have those. I am certain that we who are here have these qualities.
What can you say friends? Have a nice day!

Many people who look to work online are looking for a quick fix payment. Unfortunately they are not to be found. There are many scams on the net and people get discouraged as they feel they are getting ripped off. You can make money online, but it is via trial and error and seeing what works best for you. And like so many has said it takes times and perservance.

Hi friend! Most reason I received is that they are busy. Well, I just thought that they really don't want to work so I don't force them to join.

Many people still think that it is not a viable option looking work online. Besides, they give up on it as they expect quick money online. It takes time to be able to make money online. If they surf around the net for some time and guided well they will realise that online is a great place to earn money.

Hi bd! Yes, they think like that but they spend most time online on playing games and other activities like facebook. Well, we can not really force them to work especially if they don't like the idea. There are others who also tried but we eventually quit because of too much expectations which were not met on their first try.
Thank you for sharing!

Working online takes time to earn a good result so that is why people who want to work online must posess the attitude of being patience. They must also have perseverance, dedication and hard work because work online is much different to a job outside from home. If people work outside from home, they would just work hard because they knew through hard work, they instantly receive money. Unlike work online, people must work smart, apply being patience and perseverance and then, work hard before getting any money for more than a month or year from sites.

Hi IntrovertShy!
Yes, we should be smart if we want to be successful online. I almost give up when I was starting because I was trapped into the scam sites in the internet. Thanks God He had given me enough patience and I was able to make it.

A lot of people have the perception that earning online would bring about easy money, that was me a few years ago. Now I've learned you have to be passion-driven and you need a lot of motivation to be able to earn a decent amount online. Some people are also not comfortable with this setting and they give up so fast in writing good English in paid-to-post sites like this.

Hi emerillus! I don't see that writing in English is the reason because I know that Filipinos are good at it. I hope they could also reconsider their decisions. I'm glad you were able to do it.
Good luck on your online career!

A lot of individuals start out with "online jobs" thinking that they are going to hit a get rich program, but then it turns out to be not that easy, and they give up. Goals make up to be a very important part of this decision, there are hundreds upon hundreds of ways to earn online, and most people try to do quite a few of these bouncing from one program to another. You have to stick out with one, learn the skills involved and be patient not greedy. It took me 2 years to learn web development, SEO and all the skills that goes along with it. At first earning was low, but now after sticking with it, I have solid earnings and was able to quit my job. There are tons of free materials available online to study from, just decide what you want to do and go for it with full force.

Hi christine!
This is such an inspiring story! what could be better than quitting a present job because you were able to get enough from online activities. This is also one of the things that I want to achieve someday. I admit it, the first months that I stayed online were consumed jumping from one site to another trying out everything because I do not know what will work for me.
Until I finally decided to concentrate on several programs which I thought I could already earn even a little amount. But I am sure that what I am earning right now is not enough for me to say that I can already quit my job because I know I am yet to find the perfect strategy for me.
Thank you for the very inspirational story that you shared!

working online is as not entertaining, fun, easy as it may sound. yeah I agree it needs patience, dedication and I want to add thankfulness. if we don't feel it, it will make us crazy for sometimes we don't make much in a day.
and hm, may be your friends found something more profitable and more fun to do.

Hi kyra! That is why when they were not able to achieve their expectations in a short span of time, they would drop everything. Well, yes we can not force them on something that they do not enjoy doing.

Have you considered if you are partially responsible for their failure?
Please don't misunderstand that I am being vindictive as I am coming from another perspective. I believe that it is always the responsibility of the manager to be consistent with their office interpersonal and personal communications. This is important because as a manager of the most vital entrepreneur resources - human work force, I cannot stress the importance of consistent and quality communication.
Such communication should not only be available when problem arises but an anticipation where you provide an insight of what is to come and encountered before the problem arise. One where you provide solutions or directions to avoid before the problem is encountered. One where you help them see the common goal and direction to go. One that will help them with developing their "organization" when they are matured enough to develop a down line at their end to help them rise up to your level.
Prevention is always better than cure and likewise for the problems that you face and may face I believe that you should always be well prepared for both your friends under you and yourself.

Hi artemeis! I also thought of that sometimes. I understand that some of them cannot follow the direction and I still need to guide them. It is also true that I became very busy the past months because of the training that I undergone. So I was not able to follow up my friends that I invited to join and maybe that is the reason why they can't start working on it.
Thank you for this simple reminder, I will also reassess myself on this matter.

Aries, indeed earning online needs all those qualities that you had mentioned here. Indeed, those who are able to earn well through online must possess those qualities with added some knowledge. With good knowledge that we had gained, we are able to earn much better through online. There are quite a few of my friends which i had introduced them to Mylot. But sad to say, non of them still active in here. They all said earning online is waste of time. They always prefer to chase for job that can earn them fast and good income. At last, they decided to get active with their offline jobs.

Hi myfb! I think those who are active in myLot and wanted to share the blessings to friends experience the same thing. There are times that I think that online earning is applicable only to some. I mean very few can make it here. We are the cream of the crop.
For me i will continue to share my blessings to my friends by introducing them the possibilities of success online. It is up to them if they want to accept the blessing or not.
Have a nice day and thank you for sharing!

That is one reason why i stopped inviting people who wants to earn online.
There are people who ask for any site or extra earnings online- but when we give them link/s- some of them signed up and joined for a while and later they quit due to different reason/s.
But the common reason is- they found the earning online is not like what they expect (most of them want a one day jackpot earning-like most scam site promise)
Therefore- I don't invite or send referral links to my friends and even to people who asks for other earning site.
This way, I can avoid anyone for blaming me they do not earn big from this or from that site

I guess a lot of people expect to earn a quick $10 for a few minutes of work and when that doesn't work out they just run away and earn nothing. You need to try and find people who really need this money and are willing to work hard and earn little as a start and grow with time.

Hi Teamcholent! Maybe I need to spread the news to more people. I will start doing this both online and offline now that I was able to return to my home place.
Thank you for sharing your opinion on this matter. Have a nice day!

You are right. Earning online needs a lot of patience because the earnings are slow, unless of course you have a lot of referrals whom you earn from. And, some people are just not interested in this kind of earning activity. For me, I would never give up my offline job to do online job. For others, they make a lot online. So, it all depends on the person.

And I'm sure you are also one of those people glory. I can see that you will be very successful online in the days to come. We may have our offline job but working online does not need much of our time. We can devote a little time for online work and at the same time with our offline work. Time management is needed in order to be successful in both fields.

I think that some people give up easily. Every job is difficult in the beginning, it doesn't matter if it's an online or an offline job! Maybe they were expecting to earn loads of money from the first day, but it's true that it needs effort. It also needs the right opportunities and the will to spend some time online until you find them!

Yes. That is what I wanted to tell them but of course I just keep it to myself. I came online with no knowledge at all as to how it works or is this thing really working or am I just wasting my time. But I keep on researching trying one site after another until such time that I can say to them, yes this is a good way to spend our time with. But most of them gave up after having minor problems.
Oh, well, now I am convince that working online is not really for everybody. Thank you for sharing your opinion and have a nice day ahead!

Maybe they are really not into it, maybe they're not really meant to actually seriously involved in it and they just wanna try and see. And then there are some who runs in the different direction at the first sign of problem, or even gets discouraged because they are expecting some huge gain in a short span of time.

Hi Raine! Most probably, that is the reason behind, they are really not into it. Because as far as I can remember, I started out by myself without help from anybody. It was a long struggle without a clear direction. But because I believe that there is a way somehow, I did not give up.
