Addiction to chicken

Hay hi friends am very much addicted to chicken. Even a day am not able to be without eating them.. Is it normal? My mom keeps yelling at me not to have them daily. But I wonder my hemoglobin count is also increased. Do you think it's because of protein content in it?! Share your thoughts here .. Thank you happy my lotting:-) have a nice day ahead..!!:-)

I also love chicken. But that doesn't mean that i can't stay a single day without eating it. I think that it is very bad for you. It is not good to get addicted to anything. Whatever it is. It will effect you badly.

You made me laugh co's I feel the same. I am addicted to jollibee friend chicken. Whenever hubby and I are out and we normally dropped by at mcdonalds or jollibee for lunch or dinner and usually what I get is chicken and a rice. You could never find me any order but fried chicken. In fact just last night hubby and I ate lunch at 11:30 almost midnight and of course I ate nothing but chicken, rice and french fries.
Oh I can go a day without a chicken. I'm probably not as addicted as you. But you know you stop eating chicken it has loads of cholesterol (bad cholesterol) and this is bad for you. You may not feel it now but later in our older age.Be careful not to get sick to avoid other complications.

Hello Shrusweet!There is not limit how you wish to eat chicken,as long as you do not consume its fat sides and the skin portion.Remember that eating white meat was recommended by doctors instead of eating pork,beef and other red meat.Our body needs protein and other essential nutrients to build our system to become healthier.There are so many things to do and prepare your chicken,so that you would never have the chance to lost your appetite in chicken.You must take not that we also need some vegetables and fruits to balance our systems into a strong and sick free body.Do not make your chicken always made from frying,because it could really make you fat and your blood pressure would increase.

Is it fried chicken? I guess it's not good for us because it's high in cholesterol. I think it's okay to eat chicken everyday but you have to consider of your intake. We also need protein. You have to discipline yourself in eating too much chicken. Happy mylotting.

Now I have never heard of anyone addicted to chicken,,I myself
like chicken and there are just so many ways to prepare it, but
its not something I feel the need to eat everyday..
Perhaps you should do some research on the internet to answer
your question or ask your doctor about your daily intake of
chicken...
