To be sure ask someone who is familiar with the US educational system. Remember that Philippine education system doesn't have some US subjects like History, Spanish (and perhaps French). Of course, you also have to pay attention to topics that will likely appear in SAT. Also, topics will be more difficult since Filipinos are not native speaker or users of the English language. Don't think too much of the K-12 since preschool education isn't really a matter they look into. Focus on your present eduction and how you can match it in the same level in the US system.

The 4th year batch for this year will not be graduating but will stay two more years from now on. They will graduate at Grade 12 level. So for the next two years there will be no secondary graduates since the first batch of Secondary graduates will graduate two years from now. Since this is the start of the K to 12 education so the 4th year of this year will be graduating in two years time.

Im not familiar with the level of schools in USA. here in the Philippines K12 is the new school level, from grade 6 they included grade 7. if the student finished grade 7 next to it will be first year. so your question I think is grade 12 in the USA, just correct me if Im wrong.
