Liking the Super Boss... Wonder, if that'll work... :-)

Hello, my dear fellows... A little discovery! Surprising and happy one... I'm not sure, how it'll work... I've begun to like someone. Yes! Its funny to feel like a teenager, at my age... When she comes into the office, I start behaving like a kid.. My colleagues, unaware of the whole thing, feel glad to see me come to life... My immediate boss has begun to find the truth; e.g. He asked me yesterday, if I've got a new girl... LoL...
Well, liking someone is good... But there's a little problem. She's my Super Boss... That is, she's the boss of my boss... Like Manager! Team Operations Manager! It is fortunate that she's realized that I keep looking for her. I truly go dumb when I see her... We have not gone beyond a couple of 'Hi's, so far... I have always had these issues... If I like someone, I get tounge tied when she's around... I feel scared of making mistakes... I fear she'll dislike me.... I guess, even the teenagers don't behave this way these days...
Before 3 years, in another company, I'd 'relation' kind of thing with my Manager... But that was purely 'give & take'.. It was 'no strings attached' thing... And it worked perfectly, as long as I worked there... I did not have any issues then... This time its heart issue... I'm not sure how'll I do this! Guys, I really want this to happen... She's down to earth! Never has she displayed any ego or boss-attitude... She looks like an angel... How do we cope with this? Worse, my family has already chosen a girl for me and decided our wedding, against my will, of course.... So I've very little time too....
Have you had any such experiences? How would you handle this? Please help.....

Liking you boss is not that a big issue, you can separate work from personal matters right? stop worrying about the position... just start on how will you confront her...
Really... don't mind the positions... tell her what you feel, maybe she likes you too right? its better to express it and then regret it than regretting it without doing anything right?? at least she knows... and just accept whatever her decision is... and don't expect too much... coz it'll just hurt you... expect the unexpected.. :)

Such things is very much common in the person who just fall for any lady that too one sided. If you really like your Boss then be bold enough try to talk with her, there wont be any problem. I am sure as junior she may talk with you also. With time goes on you can open your heart in front of her. If not then you will remain sitting in one side of the scale.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well glad to hear that u are liking someone but it is indeed shocking for me to discover that she is your super boss and i think things might turn sour for u if she discovers this thing. i know u have genuine feelings for her and u should may be talk to her personally outside the office and state your feelings clearly i hope she will take your words seriously and accept your love.
