Cooking is my favorite hobby!

I am trying to bake but since I don't have an oven yet (which I 'm hoping hubby would buy me soon). I know for sure that when my oven comes baking would be my passion too. I've been thinking a making cookies actually but all I have in here is a electric over which I don't like to use because I don't want our electric bill up. I want to try baking brownies too, specially that brownies is one of my favorite dessert and hubby likes banana cake. Oh thinking of having an oven seems putting more to my weight. lol! But still, I really would like to have one. I am very excited. I thank God for I know with Him... things happen.

It's the same with me. What I'd do first when I search recipes on line is to see the ingredients then see the picture or the video on how to do it. Then I do it myself. I actually try to lessen or change the ingredients specially when I don't see it at th store. I'm not particular with the presentation actually, I'm more of the taste. I see it that way co's I am not good with plating. So I don't give myself more trouble with that. hahaha. Happy cooking to you as I do mylotting first.

hahaha. Thank you. This is the only talent I know so far, and I'm even really good at it. But at least I have one big fan and that is my beloved husband. It's the same with hubby. At least with him though, he's good in frying eggs and hot dogs and aside from that nothing more. He'll always asked me.. what's up for lunch or for dinner. Yup, our family are our greatest motivators for a great cooking experiments. And lets salute to those are very generous to share their recipes online. hahaha.

Thank you. Hahaha. There could never be good food out there if not for those who devout themselves in cooking. I just admire those people. I love cooking as`well as eating. Whenever hubby ate at some restaurants and then I like the food I tried to imagine what's in there and cook something like it myself. I may not get the exact thing at least I have come up with my own version of it. I hope that you do love it when you try to make your own food.

That's what I do too. I look recipes online just to get some idea on how to it. But I normally change the ingredients to make it my own recipe. It's not that sell recipes or something, I just want to look it my own. hahaha. After cooking the food, I post it in my food blog which no one visits or no one likes to view. At least when I get old I I could still share my recipes and cookings with my children and grandchildren. I know for sure they'll be happy to know that I have did such thing, and I will be their inspiration. hahaha. just thinking ahead of me.

I never like cooking when I was young as well or I have never gotten a chance to do so co's I was busy doing other things. I thought before cooking is just for adults like my Dad. lol! But when I got married that is the time I started cooking and when I have tried and have liked my cooked food, it got my interest and from that time and on I do experiment. And my specialties are springrolls and embutido. My frinds love it when I make some for them. Yeah, giving our family good food is the most satisfying job ever in the house. Plus seeing them happily eating the food you cook is a bonus or a reward for all our hardwork. God bless and happy mylotting.

You have to be happy when you cook. And when you cook try to imagine the taste you like and as you cook taste it every now and then. Then try to put herbs, or other spices until you get your desire taste. It's what I do to my cooking. BUt since I want it creamy, I like to keep in my fridge more cheese or milk or creamer. And since I want it a little bit spicy I try to store in my ingredients box more spices. I love cooking and I love sharing my cooked food with hubby and friends as well. I hate it though when people try to criticize my cooking because I don't sell my food anyway, and every cooking is different from the other. Why not just enjoy it then, after all it's free. hahahaha

Thank you for participating the discussion as well. Cooking is one thing I love to even if sweat would run down my forehead and down my back I would still go on cooking. That is how I'm passionate about it. My mom in-law actually don't cook anymore when they live with us. She said she's afraid to cook because I might not like it, reason why even its almost late at night and I'm away they still waited for me. It bogs me though but still I prepare food co's I felt like I need to for their sake.

Yeah, I'm a full time mom now to a one year old adorable daughter. She's very cute and very special to me too. I love cooking not for my baby though but for my sexy hubby :) Hubby just love my cooking. He doesn't complain about the taste, he tries to enjoy it no matter what it is. lol! Hubby don't eat vegetables that much, he's a picky eater when it comes to veggies. But he can't do anything when I cooked vegetables for him.hahaha I know what you mean, cooking is a hard thing to do when you are busy at work, co's all you wanna do when you come home is rest. It's what I felt when I was working then. Hubby and I would just drop by at a restaurant or any fast food for our meals.

:) thanks. yeah, I love to experiment ingredients and have my hubby to say the verdict. Of course I always get A grade with hubby, with him my cooking is the best. Actually whenever we tried something in a restaurant hubby would asked me to cook it for him as if I knew it. lol! I have my best ingredients of all time that I feel like it goes with everything for me though a lot of best cook don't see it that way. Anyways, as I say it... cooking is an art.. so it's always in the beauty of someone taste buds.

Cooking is an enjoyable thing to do. I do believe that once your a good eater your also a good cook. As for me though I don't care if other people would never like my cooking as long as my hubbiness would love it. hahaha. I like cooking and I wouldn't mind doing it everyday. But I dn't do much cooking these days co's I'm busy mylotting and other online job that I have. I need money to buy for my ingredients. lol! Just last week I made a special spring rolls and hubby and in-laws liked it. Seeing them happily eating my food makes me happy as well. :)
