I do love pizza especially on a Friday night. Actually, that is what I had tonight as I was watching Shark Tank.

I`m trying to slim down, so I have a batch of crepes and filled them with cooked veggies, top them with a small amount of tomato sauce and some parmesan cheese. It doesn`t have so many calories, but it has an awesome taste. If I feel hungry, I have some chicken broth. I discovered that drinking chicken broth is a good way of staying away from snacks. I heat it and place it in a mug and drink it while I`m mylotting.

Chips makes me think about Mexican food. How about cheese enchillada. Pretty easy to make especially if you by shreddred cheese. Just grill corn tortillas on the stove dip in enchilada sauce, roll with cheese, and bake about 30 minutes. You can even make mexican rice to go with it. Fry white rice in canola oil with onions and garlic (optional). Add some sweet red peppers if you like. Personally, I find the sweet taste of peppers goes great with the spicy sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. After browning the rice mix the water together with about 1/8 - 1/4 cup of enchilada sauce. Cook rice about 15 minutes. You will have a delicious meal that you can serve along with some corn chips and salsa.

I love paninis and they are super easy to make. I usually have a salad alongside it or a bowl of soup. My favorite is turkey with Colby Jack cheese, roasted red peppers, and Balsamic dressing. You can change up a panini in many different ways to suit your tastes and budget.

try to imagine, do something like grilled, roasted or simply do a vegie-meat recipe partner with a cold drink and a dessert like any salad you desired.
