Getting angry

There are times that we cannot help it but snap it out with anger even with petty things. Getting angry cause harm both on ourselves and those to whom we direct our anger to. Whenever I am in such situation, I try to count before talking so I can be calmer and will not regret words that I may say later. How about you, what is your anger management style?

hi, yes sometimes it is uncontrollable ,we just burst out, even if the matter is not serious at all, this happened with me many a times, i try not to get angry ,but fail to do so many times, still have to work on it.

read a lot about counting ,before talking , but this counting doesn't strike to mind,at that time ,so any technique by which we can remember the count? most of the time i maintain silence , speak very little but still , unknowingly the anger just comes .helpless.

i dont know what's wrong with me but i rarely get angry. i dont know if it's a good trait or not because sometimes i feel like i am not as aggressive as i am supposed to be because i dont get mad.

hi, no no nothing is wrong , you have a cool mind and heart. . you are lucky to have such mind. Every one wants to be like that , but fail to do so. Even i tried it many a times, after seeing some personalities, their cool behavior and all ,but failed. My mom is really cool person, she never gets angry, even if i do the most stupid things, she maintains her calmness. I don't know how it is possible.. I didn't get that genes. I asked her many times, but she just smiles. eeee i get so irritated,see again the same repeats.

I am not counting when I burst out my anger to certain individuals,with all my information why I got angry with them will all be carefully stated,and so was my stance and reasons as the result why I am angry would be said.The result will also depend on their abilities to defense why they do it,and if there are reconciliations,then they could know my response right away.Then,I eat a piece of banana fruit and drinks two glasses of water to calm myself back to normal once again.

I try not to get angry, and I don't like getting angry because it has a negative effect on my body, but I when I do, I try to breathe and be rational because my actions can always have horrible consequences.

Lots of people have anger issues, but the most important thing is that you should learn how to deal with it. You should think about the things that make you angry and then try to avoid those types of situations. You should also find something that would take your mind off being angry just incase you are put into the situation. An idea in this case would be to try some exercise, as this can release endorphins into your blood stream which can make you a lot happier about everything so will get rid of at least a little bit of your anger.
