i am planning to eat eggs for the whole week about 2 eggs a day. i have made some online research and it seems other people are eating like 5 eggs daily. so i am surprised as i thought that eggs can be bad.
anyway, i don't actually totally cook. i poach it. just poach it in boiling water for about 15 seconds. but it is not plain water it is more like the soup base. so anyway, it is part of the menu i am planning to eat daily .because i just like the taste of egg.

hi,
i have searched that eggs is good to our health because once we eat this in the morning we will feel full or not hungry for a long run, meaning we will not feel hungry so fast when we eat this, and aside from that this is listed in our go,grow and glow foods.

Eggs is a great source of protien.. The reason there is such consern over eggs is the cholesterol levels can be high.. Which if eaten in excess is not good for the heart.. Most of the cholesterol can be found in the yoke of the egg.. That is why you can find Egg whites in the grociery story.. Its like calorie intake for someone that is trying to lose weight.. For a heart patient they are suppose to watch their cholesterol intake..

it is good because it has more proteins but you need to control the diet.too much of anything is not good so you need to have a limit of eggs

I read one of those articles about eating egg that it is not bad that you consume a lot of egg daily.Egg is very nutritious and it is a healthy food.Do not bother if you eat a lot because I read also that it is not risky to any diseases but it will more give nutrients to our body.

Eggs are not the evil food they were once said to be. People used to eat a couple of eggs for breakfast every day of their lives, but of course, that was back when eggs were from chickens that free ranged and were fed a variety of things. Now they're cooped up and fed things just to make them lay, so the eggs aren't as healthy as they used to be.
Nevertheless, I don't see any harm in it, other than the fact that you might not like them as well at the end of the week!

Eggs are not bad unless you have high blood pressure and high chloresteral. The trouble with these researchers is that they do not tell who should avoid eggs and even then those people should be limited to three or four a week. It is like what they said about coffee years ago, it was bad for you and I avoided it in my late teens, then I found out that coffee would be goof at delaying diabetes, and going without it even for a few years increased my chances.
So it could be that giving up eggs would be worse then eating too many. I would limit to one a day though.

Eggs are good for you the only thing about them that is bad is if they are not cooked properly then you can get sick from eating them. I always hardboil my eggs or scramble them that way I know that they are cooked all the way with no bad things still living in them. Eggs give you good fat and are an amazing thing in one little package. I can remember when I was a kid they had commercials about eggs. It was the incredible edible egg. I think that eggs are a wonderful food that gives you every thing you need.

I do like eggs too but everyday would be personally to many for me. If you want to eat them that often then it's your preference. They used to say we should only eat two or three servings per day but now it's changed into maybe once a day or something. I don't keep up with that all but all I know is in moderation everything can be OK. Bon Appetite with the eggs. My mom loves poached eggs as well. We both liked them cooked through so they don't have any somonella in them and make us sick. Sometimes it feels like they make me ill otherwise anyways. So I don't eat them often.

For me when I eat a couple of eggs with toast in the morning I have so much energy and feel so much better than if I don't eat eggs. So many studies start out saying that a certain food is bad for you and then some years later they say that it's good for you. I go with if it makes me feel better I'm going to eat it. I prefer brown eggs or the omega eggs over the regular eggs.
