Thanks for sharing this discussion. Yes u are absolutely correct. Unless and until we do not do hard work and strive to achieve excellence, success will always elude us. The more we become lazy and inattentive, the more our goals will distance away from us. We need to have that potential, that aggression and passion to work hard to achieve success at the end. What say?

I agree, and I think that the person who you heard this quote from was absolutely right. A lot of people never manage to make anything of themselves in life, and I honestly believe that the reason for this is because they simply do not work hard enough to be able to do so. I am just managing to make my business idea work recently, and I know that it is because I am spending more hours than I have ever done sat at my desk and working. It is something I enjoy, and I know that it will be the reason for my success in years to come.

I think you are missing something in there. I think it should say something like ability & hardwork while working on something that can be successful is the way to success.
