Re-using Blog Address

Hi friends, Is it possible using the same address for blogger if it's over 90 days from deletion? I think the address was the best one.

Once an original name is used it cannot be used it again. Unless you attached some number or letter. Original: Name Now: Name1

I think no... I did that before but no effect. So, I made another one. Just think another address that almost the same thing as your old one.
