Paid to watch videos - good or bad?

Normally I don't like any site that has the word 'bux' in it. But I joined this one just because of the admin. (the CEO of IncentiveScripts - Lynn - is the admin.)
Already Browseforbux has Paid to click, referral shares, ad grid, Offers, Offerwalls, CrowdFlower tasks and Paid to share (paid to upload) opportunities. Now, a new feature 'Paid to watch videos' has been added.
I'm not used to those video earnings, but I've tried them. Some videos are short and I think it may be worth for 1 cent. But some videos are really long and I didn't try them.
What is the normal or fair rate for watching videos?

ya b4b is looking the top rated site in future due to its admin involvement in every department, and they are also user friendly and always i seen whenever a ticket or whether any topic is posted on forum they always reply, and really the payment of the site is also going in very well done way..
No doubt people had earn money with this site very easily and all these new feature will help the members to increase their daily earning, while watch video earn money is possible for those who had a broadband or 3g connection as its slow for 2g user, and i never watch it because the net speed is not good, but if u done u may earn $0.005 to $0.02 per video watch which is really a good incentive..

I think this site is around there for 10+ months. I'm member since April, but I joined after their promotions ended. They were having a promotional upgrade for the first 3,000 members. At that time they were getting just 30+ sign ups per day. So, I guess they should have been online for 3 months at least at the time of my sign up.
I have been paid twice.
And Aman is one of the top earners of the site.

I am under the referral of Aman bro...I like this site very much..admin (Lynn) is very innovative & co-operative..recently browse4bux had introduced paid videos...I like the concept..but some of them are very long..I just start the video & at the some time i do other work..so both work at the same time.Hope paypal issue will solved shortly.

Yes, ignoring the paypal issue, the site is so good and the Admin is so nice. But, this paypal issue is really tough one. Let's see the developments.

Yes friend i also hate the site which have "bux" word in their back 
but some sites have really good because they always pay money to its members like neobux and also heard lot about browse for bux and want to join it in free time and paid by using watching videos is really used in many GPT sites as well and i it is really nice way to earn money but my net is really slow to earn money by them but people who have excellent net speed can take advantage of this feature .

Actually (ironically) neobux was the main cause of my hatred towards 'bux' sites.
I think, in India, there is no Broadband connection with less than 128 kbps speed. This speed is very much enough for those YouTube videos.
I am seeing good boost in my referral earnings. I think many of them love those videos.

I have already seen that review. But, one thing just don't correlate with their analysis. Other things they say are correlating very well, but one thing they didn't consider.
Yet, it's not bad if we use it with caution, I think.

The minimum payout is $5 first time, $10 second time and $15 for further payouts. There is 'Referral Shares' concept to boost up our earnings, so $15 doesn't matter at all.
The duration of the video ranges between 3 to 7 minutes, pays 1 cent to 2 cents.
