SAP as a One Stop Business Solution for an Oranization.

Hi All,
I working for an Company where we have sucessfully implemented SAP and running fine since Jun'2005, do you think Sap is the one stop business solution for an Organization.

SAP sometimes is not the best solution say for example if you want to automate bussiness processes for running IT Orgranizations as a Bussiness,Mercury ITG is a better choice

implementing SAP is much expensive .
and requires technically competent
employees to maintain the SAP system !
