Do you have 'BRAIN DRAIN' in your country? Wherein all the people who are well educated go abroad to work?

I think that many people will always think that the grass is greener elsewhere. For some people this will of course be true, but not for all of them. We do lose some of our people overseas but also attract a lot as well. Also a lot of foreign students come to Australia to study and some of them will stay here.
