Why a lot of officials are in deep corruption? what is their first aim when they enter officialdom ? help pepole?earn money? ...

Mostly is to help his own and family members' deep pocket, only after achieve that goal, then he will try to help people who support him. It is the primary aim for entering into politic for vast majority of career politicians.
