Yes. There is a devil. Terrorism is devil. Today's devil are more sophiscated than earlier ages. They use modern gadgets. They use planes to destroy human beings like in 9/11 attack. So there is devil.

I consider that there is a force, the lie, which opposes God but I do not consider it a personal force, a devil, if you will. Humans can choose to accept the truth or the lie and what we choose to accept will colour the ways in which we live our lives. Do we honour, respect and cherish other humans or do we use them?, are they people to us or tools? Our answer will tell us which we serve.

Does there have to be a devil if there is a God? I don't believe in god or the devil. However there has to be evil things if there are good things. Evil and Satan are two different things. There are no forces controlling us, we are the ones who choose what we want to do with our lives.

No. Plenty of people around the world belief in some type of "God" and reject the belief in some type of evil, malevalent entity. New Agers, for example. Most seem to believe that there is no heaven or hell, just the afterlife.

I am a Roman Catholic. I am supposed to believe of God & Devil. I really believe in God. And so I know there is evil as well. I think every person has a bit of God and a bit of devil inside himself. It is us who allow the God or the Devil to come into surface.

Yes there are dark forces, no doubt about that.You have instances of that in every culturebe it yin-yang or positive or negative forces.The other name of dark force is devil or satan

I've never seen/felt proof that the devil is real where as I know that God/dess is real, I have had many prayers answered the closest thing I've seen to the dvil is man made things, fear, hate, anger, self doubt, envy, greed etc etc....

If God exists, why devil wouldn't? But in my opinion, it exist because we want him to exist. Many people needs this trust, linked to the idea of punishment.

Yes I think there is a devil and there is God and both of them live within us,it just depends who rules us and who we follow.
