Have you turned yourself into a superman or superwoman trying to accomplish many tasks in one day? I have because my motto in life is to not turn down any work or not to give "no" for an answer. There are times when I accept several tasks with only very little time for the perfect accomplishment of the tasks. What I do is, sleep late the night before and prepare everything before the crack of dawn. I make a list of everything I needed to do then check each one as I accomplish them. Miraculously, it is always a hundred percent accomplished. How about you? What do you do in order to not miss a single task?

I just relax and try to make things done easily. I just do the task one at a time. I don't really have to stay up late. I don't have to pressure myself from it. As long as I know that I can make it on the deadline. It's just time management with no pressures. lol

Hi cutie! First of all, I wake early. By waking up early, I could devote more time to my activities. Secondly, we should prioritize our activities as to it's importance and urgency. Those who are important and urgent should be prioritized the most.

I am a multi tasker. A while ago, my cooker was on, the pump was switched on too, the hose on the terrace was active watering the lawn. the gardeners had to be monitored, and while all these activities needed supervision, I was busy here myLotting! This kind of having to share my time is a routine here!

First when i have lots of tasks ahead of me, i try to discern which ones needs to be given the priority. After having determined them, i work according to their priority.
But as much as i can, i try to accomplish them all in one day. BUt when i cannot, i leave some for the next day.

I think you just described my life lol. I have a list everyday of things that I have to do. Most of my days consist of house work, raising the children, running the farm, doing my homework, and working midnights so my husband doesn't have to work while he is in college. I think I would be lost if I didn't have more things to do than I had time in my day.

Sounds like a nightmare to me, and sounds like me in the past when I was living with my lazy ex partner and I had to do everything! The important thing is to put the tasks in order or importance, and make a list and then work your way through it. Giving yourself a reward is important too, as it gives you an incentive to get everything done, then you can relax. Usually I would have a hot bath and soak once all of the tasks had been completed.

I am a superwoman having to deal with multitask. Today is another typical situation to make me impatient and nearly go mad. Recently I always sleep late and do the job things. I know it's not healthy, but I have to accomplish them. In fact, I have tried to make a list of important things. However, it always failed and made me frustrated because there were so much interference coming. I don't know how to do better. An hour ago, I read an exciting story about one student preparing for EC Joint Interpreting and Conference Service in one year. It's very difficult in our country for non-native English speaker. His diligence encourage me to work harder. And here there are also so many friends who could achieve your goals everyday. I admire you and will make more efforts from now on.

I also would like to keep myself busy so that I have a sense of achievement. But sometimes my boy friend thinks that i am a little bit self-abused. Just like what you do, I make plan for everything and check it when i finish one of them. However, sometimes i feel frustrated when there is an emergency and i have to change me schedule.

Happens to me all the time. I make a list and a plan and do all the important ones first. I then hope I get to most before the day ends. Good luck there.

if you had a lot of thing do be accomplished on that day, the time really doesn't matter for you to achieve that.. it's just that if you really want what you were doing, you will enjoy it and suddenly you will just notice it's all done!

if i have a lot of things to do in one day, or at a time.. i would usually just panic first and then i would then start thinking of what i should be doing first... first things first and then move along one at a time with the task so long as i finish them...

If that happens and you don't have time enough you should break down in parts, to do only the most importants and finish if you have time but if you have not and it can wait you could leave to some other day. I recently came to find the 'priorities' list and couldn't be happier. Indeed when we try too much nothing gets really dong.
