If you could live anywhere you want... Where'd you choose?

We live in an immense World. Lots and lots of countries and even more different cultures.
From small rural counties to big cosmopolitan cities as New York or London.
From quiet cities such as Zurich or Montreal to big centres of entertaiment like Las Vegas or Maccau.
Cities that are synonyms of literature and culture like Paris, Edimburgh, Buenos Aires, Rome or Barcelona.
The amount of possibilities are huge.
Personally... I'd really love to live in a city with both cultural and night life ,a city where I feel safe and free to go anywhere without thinking I could be mugged , robbed or something. I definitely love European history and architecture. So I think my pick could be London or Paris.
So, now you... where would you like to live and why?

If given the opportunity to live in another country, i would choose living in the states most especially in new york city. Not that it is the most common and commercialized place on earth, but as the saying go... "New-york is a concrete jungle where dreams are made of". :D

I would love to live in Kyoto, Japan and in England.
Both have rich culture and I'd just love to see the architectures, the buildings, the art galleries, temples and everything related to art.
I would like to experience living in these countries and immerse myself in the art and religion.

I think I'd like to live in the Scottish Highlands in a small fishing village, or somewhere tucked away (little village) in the mountains. Either that, or somewhere in rural Ireland. Sadly, I think here in London your chances of being mugged would be higher than in the countryside in the UK as our cities have gone downhill fast. I don't know about Paris though as I've never been there.

If I could live any where I would chose to live in Paris because it always a dream of mine to live their , I love fashion and I think that is the place to be . I would also get to visit old castles and I also like the architecture .

If I could live anywhere I want, I would like to live near my boyfriend's house so that I could see him every day! And I just can go there any time I want! :)

I would probably move to New Zealand or Japan. I love New Zealand's landscapes and Japan's mostly everything from anime to fashion and movies. Europe would be a great place to live if could afford it.
