i can`t believe it..
it`s rare chance when the team had lead 4 goals, and the opponent can make the game draw..
salute for Sweden and ibra as the motivator for Sweden national team
i can say Joachim Loew is speechless with the final result..
How come his team after leading 4 goals, and everyone in stadium think that the game was over, knowing the final result become 4-4..
what the miracle for Sweden
the best game and performance of Sweden National team..
i think i can feel the frustration of Joachim Loew..To underestimate the opponent can kill your team and Sweden punish underestimate of Germany squad..
Starting line up
German: Neuer; Boateng, Mertesacker, Badstuber, Lahm; Schweinsteiger, Kroos; Mueller (Goetze 67'), Oezil, Reus (Podolski 87'); Klose
Swedden: Isaksson, Lustig, Granqvist, Jonas Olsson, Safari, Holmen (Kacaniklic 46'), Wernbloom (Kallstrom 47'), Larsson (Sana 80'), Ibrahimovic, Elm, Elmander

I'm really very dissapointed and shock when i knew German vs Sweden draw 4-4, coz i am Germany fan. But that's a game, and i knew it's not easy for German to beat Sweden even when play in Germany, coz Sweden have Zlatan "Ibrakadabra" Ibrahimovich the dangerous striker. As you knew, when Sweden played in EURO last year although they lose in first round but they still can beat France 4-2 on last game

Till the 60th minute Sweden did nothing, Germany was leading 4-0 and was very comfortable. But then they started playing for spectacle instead of finishing Sweden off. This is what I don't like in the current German squad, that they are not like the previous German national teams, which have scored as many goals as they could, they have never stopped. But this is the fault of Low in first place, because he changed the mentality of the national team, which has become a circus team, not a killer machine. This is why things like this happen and that is why Germany doesn't win any trophies anymore. As for Sweden, they have said they didn't believe in this anymore and they still have fought for their lives and got the reward. Congratulations for them, but it was a very upsetting result for me as a Germany fan.

This is not the German style, Germany has never had a passing way of playing, Germany was a team which wanted to win, no matter what. They were dominant, aggressive and never stopped scoring, if the opponent was weak. Germany has lost his identity, and this is always the fault of the technical staff. I prefer the pragmatic team, which wins trophies, not the spectacular one... But I still have the hope that I will see Germany winning a major trophy, no matter with what kind of playing.

Please, don't blame mr. Joachim Loew, coz he worked hard to build the new German team after Jurgen Klinsman leave it. I think German haven't a good central defender after Lottar Matheus era, so mr. Loew hadn't choice to looking players who can puted as central defender

Yes, I saw the news today and could not really believe it. I could have understand if it was a 2-0 and comeback from there. But this was from 4-0, they came back to equalize that too against a team like Germany. Looks like there was a complete collapse of the German team in that second half. Of course, Loew must be really feeling crushed about this.
Cheers!

hello,
yes you are right. it almost never happens or very rare. i myself have never seen anything like this ever. especially against a strong side like germany. they were in good position but i dont know what happened to them at the end. they lost the control and sweden played like never before and scored four goals and they drew the match. that was really shocking and it was kind of a miracle as you said. germany was way ahead of the sweden team from the very beginning and they were looking very confident. well this is sports and you can say what will happen till the very last second. that's the whole beauty of it.

Thanks for posting this discussion. Well yes although i could not see the match but it was great to hear that Sweden came from four goals down to held a strong German team to a draw. I mean this would have disturbed the players from the German team as they would have thought that after taking such a huge leap, victory would have been theirs. But then it is just a game and they should take the forthcoming matches seriously and work upon their mistakes so that such things never happen with them again.
What say?
