If you want to be happy, you must ready to kick out the stress from your life out. That is the real process of happiness for everybody.

I also agree with the quote. I yearn for saying yes to happiness, but you cannot stay far away from the things and people that stress you out totally. I have a bad temper and often get an impulse of anger fired by one point other people say. And in your life, there are always things you are responsible for or people you must communicate with. I know it's a kind of responsibility to do, so though they make me uncomfortable, I still have to improve and accomplish them. Dealing with the difficulties is the significant challenge for me. Sometimes I have not enough patience to calm down and tackle it, and have to transfer to other happy things temporarily until recovering back to be cool. And the disturbing things always take up the most part of our life. So it's hard to achieve the happiness, and we must move on.

hello there,
your post really says a lot. that if we really open our windows to happiness, it also mean that we are closing our doors to those people and things that brings us the stress. and i guess, this is a great way to do to avoid your heart feel the grudges.

Hello there. In my case, I really agree with what the quote is saying. I think for us to be really happy, we should keep distance from the people and things that are causing us some stress. If some people or situations cause stress or trouble to us, we should stay away from them for us to have our peaceful and blissful life. We really don't need those negative people and things around us so we should enjoy our lives without them. We must get rid of them and for sure, we will have a better life and we could attain genuine happiness. We all deserve to have our happiness so we should do our best for us to have our happy and contented lives. I hope you are feeling happy at this moment. Happy myLotting to you. :)

Thank you for sharing this nice quote. Saying yes to happiness is really good decision but before saying yes you should first consider the situation and he other people concern. Sometimes, you may have the happiness but other people are suffering because of your decision.

Life can be wonderful if we lick out all the stress and pains in our life but kicking them in all the time is quite impossible. Sometimes we have feel the pain of the stress this is what life is. Running far away from those stress and pains leads life to a failure. We people should face it and try to tackle.

Thanks for posting this discussion. Yes u are absolutely correct. If we accept happiness and stay happy and cheerful all the time then the gates of our mind is always open to good and positive things. In the wake of achieving happiness and elation we will always long for the company of positive thinking people and hence it is like indirectly closing the gates of your heart and mind to those people who find pleasure in stressing u out.
What say?
