I don't feel like eating this day. Actually what I have just ate is just one big tofu. I just had it cut in small cubes before lightly frying it. And so I feel like I lack the energy bills don't feel weak at all. It seems different to feel weak to a lack of interest to do more things. So it's like I just lack the interest doing quite a lot of things because I have not eaten meat and rice although I don't feel hungry at all. So tomorrow morning I would eat more. I have already prepared this morning what I would cook tomorrow. I have them marinated already.

Hi hotsummer, Yes, i guess our bodies are made up to function like that, if you don't get enough input it becomes lazy, trying to save energy going to power saver mode. It does affect our metabolism too i think. Any pro active person, who does a lot lot of work also must eat much more than others. I sometimes get up late in the afternoon sleeping late at night, skipping breakfast and lunch all together and if i eat nothing in the evening i feel sleepy again. I am one heck of a lazy person. But keep in mind that, sometimes nothing and then suddenly eating very much isn't exactly good for our health, it affects fat storage and all, and definitely it's not anywhere near dieting, because dieting is just a controlled input and not one time nothing and then next everything type. Maybe i tend to do that a lot, but just saying it isn't good for anybody to do that, and I try not to do that but eventually that is what happens at the end of the day.
