From Lazy riser to Early riser..how about that??

Early ariser - EARLY ARISER clock
October 17, 2012 10:38am CST
Before I usually arise 8:30 -9 AM no matter how early I get to bed at night.I'm a bit lazy to wake up especially in early morning. I want to sleep more and wake up till the sun rise up. And after I marry my wife, she taught me how to be a early riser. She taught me how to get up early and accomplish my chores at home and make things all in proper in early morning. She said achievements are easy to those who arise early. No matter its true or not I believe it brings something good for me.My wife is not please to those who rise up late and so I learn from her.She is good in managing her time. I have learnt to have a significant time and particular time to sleep and to wake up.Its a kind of discipline. And benefited me a lot. How about you ? What time you usually wakes up and what time you retire?

When I was at my teenage even if I slept late at night or at wee hours or even if I do slept early I usually wake up at around 9 AM or 10 AM. But when I reach my 30's even without the use of alarm clock I always wakes up 6 in the morning. And now I have my baby every time my baby wants his milk I automatically awaken even if he does not cry for milk. I think I just sense as a mother that my baby needs milk and he is hungry. So, now even if I am wakeful I still wake as early as 5AM. But then when noon comes that is the time I will feel sleepy but when my baby is still awakes I fight my sleepiness by doing household chores or doing my stuffs here on the internet like Mylotting. ^_^ I also do believe that people when they get older the time frame of hours of sleep is been shorten.

I usually wake up at 6 to 6:30 in the morning. I have to be at the office at 8 o'clock and I have a lot of chores before I leave the house. I totally agree with you and your wife -- that it is best to rise early. In fact, I am trying to adjust my schedule. i want to wake up earlier, like 5:30 in the morning. That way, I can take my time taking my morning bath and having my breakfast. Have a nice day!

Hi, adjustment is very important thing in marriage. In the early stage of marriage, we do make lots of adjustments and we should always be open about it. Marriage is a union of two different individuals with different personalities of course. So when they get married, it is more likely that you have many differences. To be able to cope up with those differences, you both need to make adjustments. It is a good thing that you are willing to make adjustments for the success of your marriage. Waking up early is not my thing as well. People at my work would usually be surprised if I came at work early, or not late. But when I got married, I have to travel two and a half hours and so I wake at 4am. I find it really hard at the beginning but sooner, got used to it already.

I think your question should divide into two parts, working days and weekend. In my working days I usually arise before 7:00 AM but if it is weekend I will arise after 9:00,even more.Because I really enjoy sleep in my bed in weekend and take a good rest. Besides I think you also should divide winter day from summer day,In summer day I usually get up early but if it is winter day I will just enjoy under my quilt. So may be I am a lazy guy,I should change it because if I get up early then I will have more day time and can do more stuff,as a result,I will achieve more goals in my life.

Looks like your wife is a good influence on you! I usually get up around 7AM on a normal day, but lately I get up at 4:30AM because I also have to prepare breakfast and pack lunch for my siblings. Then on weekends, I can get up whenever I want.

I get up anytime from 6:30a. to 4:30p. and go to bed anywhere from 8:00p. to 8:00a. Not disciplined but then I am retired. I love the night when it is quiet and no one else is up. I can concentrate and do as I please. If I wake early I will get on here for awhile, maybe take a nap or go on appointment and then eat my dinner. Live is lovely when you have no plans.

a pleasant day to you montevilla, what you have posted is generally true. that if you wake up early, you will accomplish so much in one day. although there are some instances where this cannot be apply. like in the situation that you are working online due to the time difference, you need to adjust accordingly to your client's time. aside from that, those people who work in a call center, wherein some of them are having the night shift. as an effect, they can't afford to wake up early the next day.
